Job Summary
Serve as customers’ point of contact; handle changes and requests, make reservations for guests, follow up on reservations, arrange transportation, and assign special rooms and dinners. Prepare envelopes and reimbursement slips, answer calls, organize and classify documents, deliver mail, photocopy documents, type and proofread customer correspondences, assist with mail and telemarketing campaigns, and assign player sources codes for junket representatives. Complete temporary credit line approvals as Travel Only (TTO) for guests. Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and professional standards; maintain uniform appearance; build positive working relationships and support the team to meet quality expectations. Physical duties include moving objects weighing less than 30 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods.
