Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while following established procedures. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay ranges from $13.25 to $13.75 per hour.
