PART TIME CASHIER

Greet, engage, and assist customers during the checkout process while processing transactions through the check lane with respect for both the customer and purchased items. Uphold the integrity of all merchandise, handle various tenders including Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, SNAP, WIC, and coupons per company policy, and report pricing discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator. Adhere to guidelines on restricted sale items, control cash shortages and overages, and maintain store safety by preventing unsafe conditions for customers and employees. This part-time role requires standing long periods, lifting 30 pounds or more, and working in a store focused on exceeding customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals.
