Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Uphold merchandising philosophy, promote credit and loyalty programs, and provide constructive feedback while ensuring a safe environment. Cross-train to support business needs in multiple store areas. Work nights and weekends at the Hadley, MA location with a starting pay of $16.25 to $16.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
