Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Initiate store recovery as needed, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness throughout the day. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $16.80 to $17.30 per hour. Flexible schedule required to support business needs.
