Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery as needed, uphold merchandising philosophy, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Perform other duties as assigned, including cross-training in multiple store areas. This part-time role at HomeGoods in Fayetteville, NC offers a starting pay of $12.75 to $13.25 per hour. Flexible scheduling is required to support business needs.
