Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, count change back according to established procedures, and process merchandise for the sales floor. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This part-time role at the Marshalls store in Audubon, NJ, offers a starting pay range of $15.92 to $16.42 per hour.
