Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile, scan groceries accurately, and bag items efficiently while performing price checks and restocking returned products. Comply with all health and sanitation procedures, respond promptly to customer needs, and maintain boundaries in interactions. Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or Manager on Duty. This role requires full sense range, lifting up to 75 pounds, prolonged standing, and working in cold environments. Schedule includes Sunday and Monday day shifts with a possible Friday shift; one weekend shift is required weekly. Kimberton Whole Foods offers a 15% store discount after 60 days and a 401K match after one year and 1000 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Part-time, up to 24 hours per week
- One weekend shift required weekly
- Sundays 8am - 4:30pm
- Mondays 8am - 4:30pm
- possible third shift on Fridays 8am - 4:30pm
- Must be 18 years or older
- Full sense range (vision, hearing and sense of smell)
- Lifting, gripping and carrying objects – up to 50-75 pounds frequently
- Stooping, squatting, & kneeling
- Walking – short distances
- Standing- prolonged standing
- movement based with the majority of time being in motion (walking & standing)
- ability to work in cold environments (cooler, Freezer, back stock area)
