Part Time Cashier / Customer Service Team Member

Operate the cash register and scanner to itemize, total, and bag customer purchases while handling monetary transactions for cash, checks, gift cards, and credit/debit cards. Process exchanges, returns, and complaints; resolve tender discrepancies; and troubleshoot register issues. Extend offers for the Extended Protection Policy and promote the customer loyalty program. Engage customers with a friendly greeting and maintain brand standards by restocking items and keeping the sales floor presentable. Communicate with the Manager on Duty regarding out-of-stock products. Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
