Job Summary
Greet customers with enthusiasm, operate the POS system for cash and credit transactions, and process refunds or exchanges per policy. Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves, removing expired items, and ensuring signage accuracy. Prepare and sanitize food and beverage stations, while keeping the facility clean and reporting equipment hazards. Verify identification for age-restricted items and adhere to safety protocols including shutoff systems. Perform additional duties such as car wash assistance as assigned. This part-time role supports daily store operations under the Store Manager and District Operations Manager, fostering a safe environment for all guests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
