Job Summary
Part-time Case Manager for Staten Island Supervised Release Program (SRP) to supervise participants according to tier/level, conduct outreach to participants and court stakeholders, coordinate community services to support stabilization, ensure timely court reporting and data entry, and co-facilitate pro-social/psycho-educational groups. Responsibilities include supervision and court monitoring, addressing barriers to compliance, arranging referrals for substance use treatment, mental health, housing, education, and employment, maintaining accurate case documentation, submitting timely court reports, and collaborating with judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, court staff, and partner agencies. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree and two years of direct practice experience; experience in pretrial or court-based settings preferred; bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred. Role based in Staten Island, NY; not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal system strongly preferred
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred
