Job Summary
Provides in-home care for senior clients in the Quad Cities area, including Maquoketa, Davenport, Bettendorf, Muscatine, and surrounding communities. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and hygiene, light housekeeping, encouraging exercise and mobility, prompting medication reminders, assisting with shopping and groceries, meal planning and preparation, and companionship to help clients stay at home with dignity. Must be prepared to respond to medical emergencies and report health changes. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check and drug screen, and training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response. Shift options include 8- and 12-hour shifts as well as PRN and shorter shifts; part-time roles available.
Required Qualifications
