Job Summary
Encourage and support the individual during home activities, assist with personal hygiene tasks, and prepare meals while maintaining a safe living environment. Facilitate community involvement by accompanying the individual to social events, grocery shopping, and appointments. Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization while completing daily progress notes. This independent contractor role pays $16.00 hourly on a Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat schedule from 6pm to 8pm. Applicants must provide a valid driver's license, pass background screening, and have one year of caregiving experience or technical training.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening
- Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Are 18 years of age or older
