Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining for residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members while maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes to the nursing team. Support residents in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. This role requires reliable transportation, physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working around animals and pets. The position operates on a part-time NOC shift (10:00pm–6:30am) with a 4 days on/2 days off schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working around animals and pets
- Employment offers are contingent on background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing (if applicable)

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
- Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
