Job Summary
Support an elderly male with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light cleaning. Ensure the individual's safety while facilitating community outings such as grocery shopping and appointments. Promote communication, choice, and independence by encouraging participation in home activities and social events. Complete daily progress notes to track progress. Work Monday through Friday from 9am-12pm and 8pm-10pm as an independent contractor at $16.00 hourly. Must hold a valid driver's license, pass background screening, and provide one year of caregiving experience or technical training.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening
- Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Independent contractor basis
- $16.00 hourly
- Monday to Friday from 9am-12pm and 8pm-10pm
