Job Summary
In-home caregiving role providing one-on-one personal care in clients' homes (bathing, dressing, grooming), meal prep, and light housekeeping. Build relationships with clients who stay with the same caregiver weekly; schedule blocks across mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnights, with a consistent 15–20 hours per week. Requires a valid Georgia driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle; CPR/First Aid certification; negative TB test; and a clear background check. Training is provided; W-2 direct hire with mileage reimbursement and holiday-time pay. Competitive pay between $15–$18/hour based on experience and certifications; bi-weekly pay; referral bonuses; paid training and professional development; 24/7 support.
Required Qualifications
