Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care for older adults, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and safe transfers with dignity; assist with meals, light housekeeping, and laundry; support mobility through gentle walks and therapist-approved exercises; administer medication reminders and monitor wellness; offer meaningful companionship, including conversation, games, and accompaniment to appointments or errands; flexible shifts including weekday, evening, overnight, and weekend options; training available to become certified (CHHA) if needed; ideal for students, parents, or semi-retirees.
Required Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, HHA, or related experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and compassion
