Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility transfers. Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, and perform light housekeeping while offering companionship and emotional support. Observe and report changes in client condition, following each individualized plan of care. Work morning to afternoon shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in Lakewood and nearby locations. Requires high school diploma, current CPR certification, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be available to work in Lakewood and nearby location
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently while maintaining client confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year of caregiving, home care, assisted living, or direct care experience
- HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training
- Current CPR certification
