Job Summary
Part-Time Caregiver responsible for in-home senior support including bathing, grooming, dressing, light meal preparation, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Provide meaningful companionship and safe transfers; training and CPR/First Aid required or to be earned within 30 days. Flexible evening, weekend, and weekday shifts in Sacramento, CA with mileage reimbursement, skill-workshop opportunities, and potential pathway to CNA certification. Supports a responsive supervisory structure and a path to full-time opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a caregiver, HHA, PCA, or similar role preferred (training available)
- Current CPR/First Aid (or commitment to earn within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols
- Clear, compassionate communicator who respects client privacy
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about enriching everyday life for older adults
