Job Summary
Caregiver for a client with dementia, providing personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) and daily living support, light cleaning, meal preparation, companionship, and transportation to appointments. Role requires a driver’s license and access to a car; client has a dog in the home. Part-time shifts available in Glendale, CA with potential path to full-time or CNA certification sponsorship. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to communicate with client. Training available for the right candidate; CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Duties also include medication reminders, light laundry, and assisting with mobility and wellness monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- Driver's license and car
- CPR/First Aid (or commitment to earn within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience as a caregiver, HHA, PCA, or similar role preferred
