Job Summary
On-site Part-Time/Full-Time Caregiver role in Reston/Northern Virginia focusing on homemaker assistance, private duty care, companionship, travel companion support, 24-hour/overnight care, and palliative care. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing and hygiene assistance, toileting support, dressing and grooming, companionship activities, driving clients during trips with safety supervision, and assisting with morning/evening routines and tuck-ins. Requires valid U.S. work authorization; sponsorship not available. CNA/PCA/HHA certification preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; CPR/First Aid certification; reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- CNA/PCA/HHA Certification
- U.S. work authorization
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
- Chest X-ray or PPD Skin Test (negative results)
- Experience as a Caregiver (2 years preferred)
- Ability to provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting)
- CPR and First Aid certification
