Job Summary
Provide companionship and one-on-one care for older adults or children, assisting with daily living needs like dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Manage meal prep, hydration, and medication reminders while observing and reporting changes in condition. Engage children in age-appropriate activities, supervise naps, and maintain safe, clean play spaces. Follow client care plans, routines, and family preferences strictly. Must be 18 years or older with valid SSN, reliable transportation, and willingness to obtain TB test. Flexible part-time hours available for students or parents, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual candidates and those with special needs experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable, attentive, warm, and professional with families
- Able to legally work in the U.S. (Valid SSN)
- TrustLine or Home Care Aide registered or willing to apply
- Valid TB test or willing to obtain
- Has own transportation or reliable commute access
Desired Qualifications
- Open availability is a plus (hours based on client requests)
- Bilingual/multilingual is a plus!
- Experience with seniors (including dementia/memory care)
- Experience with infants/young children
- Experience with special needs (children or adults)
