Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service to Ibotta Savers via email tickets; review account information and customer emails to investigate issues within the Ibotta app; problem-solve by reviewing Ibotta systems and customer accounts; contribute to special projects for leadership; be an advocate for savers; remote part-time role based in Nevada with training remote for initial days; requires reliable internet, a personal computer with camera and microphone, and being 18+ with authorization to work in the United States; schedule includes up to 25 hours/week, Monday–Saturday, with Saturday availability, and training Monday–Thursday.
