Job Summary
Locum Physician needed at Excelsior Springs Job Corps campus wellness clinic to provide physical exams and minor acute medical care to student patients aged 16-24. Part-time, contract (18 hours/week, 8-hour day shift, on-site, no weekends). Collaborate with mid-levels and medical staff, deliver primary care in a low-volume student health setting, maintain Missouri medical license and Federal DEA license, and work independently as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted state medical license in Missouri state
- Experience in providing medical care to adolescent patients, including performing basic medical procedures and prescribing medications
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work 18 hours per week (no weekends)
- Valid Federal DEA license
