Job Summary
Part Time Call Center Agent role handling inbound calls in an in-office environment for clients ranging from medical offices to property management. Responsibilities include greeting callers, requesting and recording required information, transferring calls, or taking messages, and ensuring accurate relay of issues to clients. Role uses a state-of-the-art call processing system; training provided on various call center tools. Must be able to type 35 WPM, have good English spelling/grammar, and possess Windows-based computer skills. Weekend availability (Sat or Sun) required; one-week training followed by a scheduled shift. No outbound telemarketing or hard sales. Equal opportunity employer.
