Greet customers and employees professionally while maintaining a clean, organized impression through appearance and work area conditions. Assist the department manager in exceeding gross profit, shrink, and sales goals by learning to prepare and stock baked goods according to store policy. Monitor coolers, freezers, and display cases to ensure proper product temperature and rotation, keeping sales areas, backrooms, and utensils sanitized. Report any safety risks, illegal activity, or issues immediately. This part-time role requires standing long periods, lifting 50 pounds or more, and instilling the Renfroe's mission statement in others.
