Prepare and stock baked goods according to store policy, monitor product temperatures in coolers and freezers, and ensure proper product rotation for freshness. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and utensils sanitized and report any safety risks, theft, or fraud immediately. Assist the department manager in meeting gross profit, shrink, and sales goals while upholding Renfroe's mission statement. This part-time role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
