Job Summary
Greet customers and employees professionally while maintaining a clean, organized work area and monitoring product temperatures in coolers, freezers, and display cases. Prepare and stock baked goods according to store policy, ensuring fresh and safe product conditions through proper rotation. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean, sanitize utensils for processing and serving, and monitor floor conditions to ensure safety. Report any safety risks, illegal activity, or issues immediately. Assist the department manager in exceeding gross profit, shrink, and sales goals while instilling the department's mission statement. This part-time role requires standing long periods, lifting 50 pounds or more, and performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
