Greet customers and employees professionally while maintaining a clean, organized impression through appearance and work area conditions. Prepare and stock baked goods per store policy, monitor coolers and freezers to ensure proper product temperature, and keep sales areas, backrooms, and utensils sanitized. Maintain product rotation for freshness, monitor floor conditions for safety, and report any risks, theft, or fraud. Assist the department manager in meeting gross profit, shrink, and sales goals while instilling the Renfroe mission statement. Requires ability to stand, walk, and lift 50 pounds or more.
