Job Summary
Prepare and assemble fresh menu items, smoothies, and beverages to Midtown standards while serving members with pride and attention to detail. Engage guests by suggesting food and beverage options based on their preferences and lifestyle goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming café workspace by cleaning, stocking, and ensuring sanitary conditions. Build lasting relationships with members and team members through genuine connections and conversation. This role requires excellent professional references, a passion for helping others, and current ServSafe certification. Compensation is $15–$17/hr for a part-time position.
