Job Summary
Create hot chocolate and espresso drinks with a manual machine, brew coffee with consistent excellence, and answer questions about allergens and product pairings. Ensure guests receive a thoughtful experience by developing rapport, maintaining professional dress, and managing the line during rushes. Restock retail shelves, sweep floors, and adjust the espresso machine during breaks to ensure consistent shot quality. Identify ways to improve operating procedures, checklists, and documentation to benefit the entire team. Report to the Valencia General Manager for a part-time role of roughly 24 hours per week, with Sundays and Mondays required.
Required Qualifications
- Sunday and Monday availability
- 24 hours per week availability
- Fluent spoken English
- 1-2 years of retail or customer-facing work experience in a fast-paced environment
