Job Summary
Operate school buses on assigned routes for Rutherfordton Elementary and Harris Elementary in Rutherfordton, NC, ensuring safe and compliant transport of students. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, conduct evacuation drills, maintain routes and schedules, monitor student discipline, and report hazards. Adhere to state traffic laws and local regulations; maintain a clean bus interior and ensure safety at all times. Requires HS diploma or GED and a valid Class A/B with P and S endorsements, clean driving record, insurability, and passing a background check and pre-employment drug screen. Part-time position (20 hours/week) with non-exempt status.
Required Qualifications
