Part Time Bridal Sales

The Stylist will provide a positive, friendly, empathetic, and professional selling experience to customers, achieving sales goals through the 5-Step Selling Process, managing appointments, researching and communicating information via iPad/tools, and coordinating alterations in partnership with Alterations Specialists to perfect gowns/dresses for brides. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, identifying the ideal gown within the customer’s first three try-ons, reviewing timeline calendars for future appointments, promoting alterations services and personalization options, maintaining store standards, clocking in/out as scheduled, and contributing to a 65%+ platform conversion and other sales/operational goals. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail apparel/service is preferred. Part-time benefits and compensation range from $12.00 to $17.04 per hour, with a focus on customer service excellence and bridal specialty.
