Job Summary
Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm over the phone and in person, adapt styles to suit individual needs, and manage customer flow using iPad tools and POS systems to deliver a 5-star experience. Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and fitting rooms, identify the perfect gown during the first three try-ons, and set future appointments while following up to maintain sales momentum. Process transactions accurately, promote alterations and personalization services, and ensure proper measurements are entered to minimize returns. Maintain store standards, execute merchandising tasks, and actively support the team to achieve sales and operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent degree
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to reach for tools and objects with hands and arms
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to talk to and hear customers
- Ability to see up close and at a distance
- Ability to use peripheral vision and depth perception
- Ability to look at, read, and use a computer and electronic devices for long periods of time
- Ability to occasionally lift to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 1 -2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS system
