Bridal Stylist provides 5-Star customer service and a positive shopping experience while guiding customers through gown selections. Responsibilities include managing appointments, using POS/iPad tools, explaining alterations services, coordinating with Alterations Specialists, aiming for high conversion and add-on sales, maintaining store presentation, and following the store’s 5-Step Selling Process to meet sales goals. Demonstrates product knowledge, fashion trends, and professionalism as a David’s Bridal brand ambassador. Requires ability to work in a part-time retail setting and uphold dress code and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years retail experience preferred
- prior experience with computerized POS system preferred
