Job Summary
The Stylist delivers a 5-Star customer service experience to bridal customers, guiding them through the store’s five-step selling process, aiding in selecting gowns and accessories, coordinating alterations, and scheduling future appointments. Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing multiple interactions with a friendly, empathetic approach, leveraging iPad tools and the POS system to assist customers, following up on appointments, promoting alterations services, maintaining store presentation, and meeting sales and productivity targets while building product knowledge and fashion trend expertise. Strong emphasis on customer engagement, appointment preparation, and collaboration with Alterations Specialists to ensure customer satisfaction and successful bridal fittings. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and retail experience preferred. Part-time role with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store environment preferred
