Part Time Bridal Sales

The Stylist provides and maintains a positive, friendly, empathetic, and professional selling experience to customers, delivering 5-Star customer service and achieving sales goals by following the 5-Step Selling Process. Responsibilities include welcoming customers in person and over the phone, managing customer flow with POS and iPad tools, handling multiple customers, preparing for appointments via customer profiles and favorites, guiding customers to identify the perfect gown within the first three try-ons, scheduling and promoting alterations in partnership with Alterations Specialists, maintaining promotional readiness and store standards, and driving awareness of alterations services and personalization options to support store goals. The role emphasizes product knowledge, relationship-building, appointment management, and consistent conversion and add-on performance in a retail bridal environment.
