Job Summary
Bridal Stylist providing and maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional selling experience to customers, leveraging a 5-Step Selling Process to meet sales goals, coordinating fittings and alterations conversations, preparing for appointments with customer profiles, and driving 5-Star service. Responsibilities include managing customer flow via POS and iPad tools, maintaining store presentation, partnering with Alterations Specialists, scheduling follow-ups, and promoting alterations services and personalization options while achieving high conversion and add-on performance in a retail bridal environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years retail or apparel experience preferred
- prior experience with computerized POS system preferred
