Job Summary
The Stylist assists customers in finding the perfect bridal gown, delivering a 5-Star customer service experience and meeting sales goals by following the store's 5-Step Selling Process. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, managing customer flow with POS and iPad tools, preparing for appointments by reviewing profiles and favorites, guiding fittings to identify the right gown in the first three try-ons, promoting alterations services and coordinating with Alterations Specialists, setting future appointments, maintaining store presentation, and meeting productivity targets. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, and product knowledge in bridal apparel; education at the high-school level and 1-2 years of retail experience preferred, with prior experience using a computerized POS system also preferred.
