Job Summary
Greet every guest, perform all cash register functions, and portray a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times. Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards. Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom by assisting in receiving merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to brand standards, abiding by safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortages. Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager. Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day, with an hourly wage ranging from $19.50 to $20.50.
Required Qualifications
- Availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day
- Availability must span at least three days
- Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Involves lifting at least 30 lbs
- Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening, as a condition of the offer
