Part-time Brand Representative

The Brand Representative role centers on delivering a world-class guest experience in a retail environment for Stand Out For Good brands. Key duties include greeting guests, identifying shopper needs, recommending merchandise, achieving personal sales targets, upselling/cross-selling to boost guest satisfaction and sales, maintaining product knowledge, ensuring shelves are stocked and visually appealing, processing transactions accurately via POS, assisting with receiving and inventory counts, upholding store standards and safety policies, and reporting to work as scheduled with flexibility for nights and weekends. The role requires effective teamwork, strong communication, the ability to stand for extended periods, and the capacity to operate store systems and assist with merchandising and returns/exchanges.
