Job Summary
Live demonstration and direct sales role inside Costco roadshows representing Sebamed skincare. Responsibilities include setting up a professional demo station, actively engaging shoppers, demonstrating products, educating customers on benefits, driving purchases, tracking daily sales figures, maintaining inventory, and meeting or exceeding daily unit benchmarks. Requires the ability to stand for long shifts (4–11 hours), handle light lifting up to 50 lbs, present professionally, and thrive in a commission-based environment. Flexible scheduling, paid product training, and opportunities for advancement are offered; health benefits available for eligible employees. Prior skincare or retail experience is a plus, but attitude and sales ability are the primary focus.
Required Qualifications
