Job Summary
Part Time Brand Ambassador at Lucid Studio: Welcome guests, answer inquiries, schedule test drives, capture leads in Salesforce, conduct needs assessments, recommend vehicles, direct guests through the journey, and provide backend studio support. Build brand knowledge of Lucid vehicles and services; explain features and pricing to stimulate consideration; refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists; assist with facility needs and daily studio operations. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, retail/customer-facing experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends; 18+ with a High School diploma/GED; CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred; authorized to work in the USA; valid driver’s license with DMV licensing where applicable. The role supports future Part Time Brand Ambassador opportunities and seasonal opportunities (November holidays). Lucid is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old minimum
- High School diploma/GED required
- Prior experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred
- Authorized to work in the USA (visas sponsorship not available)
- Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
- Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable
