Job Summary
Provide exemplary member service through all delivery channels, handle functions such as cash box management, account opening and maintenance, phone inquiries, safe deposit boxes, and related services. Greet members, respond to needs or direct to the appropriate department, and educate members on available services. Key transactions in the Margo system, balance cash drawer, vault, ATM, and coin sorter; operate drive-thru as needed; maintain reports (vault control, returned checks, Visa gift cards, etc.); prepare and verify cash delivery/shipment weekly; assist with account problems and reconciliations; approve advances on credit accounts in coordination with an officer; handle clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry; may train in other branch operations; adhere to schedule and policies; equal employment opportunity statements embedded in duties.
Required Qualifications

- Basic computer skills
- Ability to speak English fluently
