Job Summary
Provide exemplary member service across delivery channels for a credit union branch. Responsibilities include greeting members, responding to needs, directing to appropriate departments, opening new memberships and accounts, processing account changes, educating members about services, and handling transactions such as balancing cash drawers, vault/ATM operations, drive-thru duties, and documenting daily/monthly reports. Perform clerical tasks, data entry in the Margo system, and assist with cash deliveries and shipments. Maintain accurate records, handle inquiries, and support accounts and credit products (including lines of credit and home equity lines) under supervision. Requires strong interpersonal skills, patience, professionalism, confidentiality, maturity, good communication, and willingness to training. Office environment with physical demands including standing, walking, and occasional lifting; fluency in English and ability to collaborate with coworkers are essential.
