Part-time Branch Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Receive and direct visitors and telephone calls while maintaining inquiry records. Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, then process money movements including disbursements and check delivery. Transmit and receive messages with the home office, process securities transactions, and ensure proper mailing procedures with confirmation of receipt. Maintain documentation for cashiering compliance, assist with audit preparation, and support client onboarding by completing required forms. Monitor document status through importing, scanning, and submission, while providing general administrative support to branch management. Maintain files, records, and office supplies inventory. Perform other operational duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) or more years securities industry or related work experience
- Equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources
