Job Summary
Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining a compliance-first mindset for security and audit standards. Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to help them leverage digital tools effectively. Act as a first-line consultant by actively listening to uncover personal or business goals and pairing them with appropriate banking solutions. Greet customers fluidly throughout the space to ensure no one feels like just a number, balancing operational efficiency with community-focused hospitality. Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius as needed and attend all required training sessions. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends with hours subject to change, and involves lifting up to 25 pounds. Applicants must possess at least one year of retail or customer service experience and six months of cash handling experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
- Applicant must be able to attend all required training sessions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move/stand for extended periods of time
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Must be able to support surrounding Branches as needed within a 50 mile radius
- Occasional opportunities to assist other locations in the broader Region
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
