Job Summary
Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance with security, audit, and federal regulatory standards. Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to enhance their financial convenience. Act as a first-line consultant by identifying customer needs and pairing them with appropriate digital tools to help them reach their goals. Greet customers fluidly throughout the space to ensure a warm, human-centric experience that balances operational efficiency with hospitality. Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius as needed. This role requires flexibility for weekend hours, weekend availability, and training sessions, with a salary range of $51,542 - $54,600 for full-time equivalents. Applicants must have at least one year of retail or customer service experience and six months of cash handling experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
- Applicant must be able to attend all required training sessions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move/stand for extended periods of time
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Must be able to support surrounding Branches as needed within a 50 mile radius
- Occasional opportunities to assist other locations in the broader Region
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
