Job Summary
Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining a compliance-first mindset for security and audit standards. Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to leverage digital tools for their convenience. Act as a first-line consultant by identifying personal or business goals and pairing them with appropriate banking solutions. Greet customers fluidly throughout the space to ensure no one feels like a number while balancing high-volume efficiency with community-focused hospitality. Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius as needed and attend all required training sessions. This role offers flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, with a salary of $43,680 annually for full-time equivalents in Greater New Orleans.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, with hours and days subject to change
- Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
- Applicants must be able to attend all required training sessions
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
- Moving/standing for extended periods of time
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Support surrounding Branches as needed within a 50 mile radius
- Occasional opportunities to assist other locations in the broader Region

Desired Qualifications
