Job Summary
Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining a compliance-first mindset for security and regulatory standards. Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to help them leverage digital tools for daily financial lives. Act as a first-line consultant by actively listening to uncover personal or business goals and pairing them with appropriate banking solutions. Greet customers fluidly throughout the space to ensure no one feels like just a number, balancing high-volume efficiency with community-focused hospitality. Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius as needed. Available for a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with hours subject to change. Applicants must attend all required training sessions and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Requires at least one year of retail or customer service experience and six months of cash handling experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, with hours and days subject to change
- Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
- Applicants must be able to attend all required training sessions
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
- Moving/standing for extended periods of time
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Support surrounding Branches as needed within a 50 mile radius
- Occasional opportunities to assist other locations in the broader Region
- Must be able to execute high-volume cash transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing—with 100% accuracy
